Austin Chamber Ensemble Presents Opus Two: Music of Stephen Sondheim

Acclaimed violin-piano duo, Opus Two, will perform at Steinway Piano Gallery Austin (12980 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78750) on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 4pm.

“The Music of Stephen Sondheim (1930-2021) — New Transcriptions for Violin and Piano by Eric Stern,” will include music from their latest album, “A Little Night Music,” featuring the music of Sondheim.

The Opus Two duo, violinist William Terwilliger and pianist Andrew Cooperstock, has a tradition of championing the works of great American composers including the works of George Gershwin, Aaron Copland, Leonard Bernstein, and others. They have performed extensively across the United States and worldwide.

Concert is UNDERWRITTEN BY Austin Alumni Chapter Mu Phi Epsilon (co-educational International Professional Music Fraternity).
